Refund Policy

Every purchase of a GFN paid product, including GFN Academy, is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

Email support@gfn.network from the address used at purchase, with your order reference. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days. You can also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they emailed you.

After the 14-day window, purchases are non-refundable. If something isn't working or you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us — we would rather fix the problem than keep an unhappy customer.
